Surveying
The surveying staff of Buchanan & Harper is comprised of professional land surveyors and highly trained technical support personnel. They are capable of performing a wide range of services, including the following: Boundary surveys, topographic surveys, route surveys, hydrographic surveys, mean and ordinary high water surveys, tree surveys, wetland delineation surveys, subdivision and land platting, condominium surveys, and construction layout. These tasks are accomplished utilizing state-of-the-art equipment including automatic levels, total stations (traditional and robotic) with electronic data collectors, and Topcon GPS systems.
The staff has the capability of performing complete surveying calculations, including 3-dimensional volumetric modeling, coordinate geometry, traverse adjustments using least squares as well as traditional methods. We have the ability to transmit data to and from the field digitally.
